These general conditions govern the purchase of products through the website tiendalachakana.com (the “Website”), in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions and the LSSI-CE.

2. Scope and acceptance
By placing an order you declare that you have read and accept these conditions, the Legal notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. To buy you must be of legal age and have legal capacity.
3. Purchase process
Choose the products and sizes (if applicable), add them to the cart, select the delivery and payment methods, enter your details and confirm the order. Before confirming you can review and correct your details. You will receive a confirmation email summarising your order. The contract is formed when you receive that confirmation. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at hola@tiendalachakana.com.
4. Products and availability
Many of our pieces are unique or made in very small series. Products are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will let you know and refund the amount paid. Images are indicative; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Measurements and product information are shown on each product page.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order and are added to the price of the products. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of purchase.
6. Payment
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (when available) or in the shop when you collect your order (if you choose collection). Card payments are processed through a secure payment provider; we do not store your full card details. See Payment methods.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Spain. Delivery times, costs and conditions are explained in Shipping. You can choose to collect your order at our shop at no shipping cost.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The conditions, exceptions and the model form are in Returns and withdrawal.
9. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law: 3 years from delivery for new goods and, for second-hand goods, the period stated on the product page, which will not be less than 1 year. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced and, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. 10. Promotional codes
Discount codes are governed by the conditions stated when they are issued. In general they are single-use, personal (linked to the recipient’s email address), have an expiry date, and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. The welcome code is valid for a first purchase only.
11. Invoicing
If you buy as a business or self-employed person, provide the company name and tax ID when ordering. We will issue the corresponding invoice in accordance with tax law.
12. Customer service and complaints
For any question, incident or complaint you can contact us at hola@tiendalachakana.com or at our shop (Carrer del Torrent de l'Olla, 196, Gràcia, 08012 Barcelona (España)). Complaint forms are available to consumers. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may turn to the competent consumer bodies and services.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
15. Language and changes
These conditions are provided in Spanish, Catalan and English. The Catalan and English versions are for information only and, in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. We may change these conditions; the ones in force at the time of your order will apply to it.
